I am getting it slightly delayed over here in Aus by a day or two, as it shows Friday night 8:30pm Aus eastern, which is ONLY about a one day delay time difference so can't complain, that's still pretty impressed really for Australians getting such a fast turnaround.

I LOVE that version, always on high rotation on my ipod.

That duet of "Don't let the sun" is such a great song.

Haha I've only played one on the best of list, Stardew Valley, which is a terrific game. I'm more into RPGs and strategy and there didn't seem to be many notable ones in that area this year. A little surprised Torment: Tides and Numenera wasn't listed on the most anticipated list but can't really argue with the ones…

Yeah the same, I have a backlog of games I am finally getting to play cause I have been always behind the 8 ball when it comes to having a decent computer. Playing the remastered Day of the Tentacle was lots of good fun if you liked old lucas art games.

BJ seems to remind me of Seth Rogen, anyone else? Anyway i though Mr 120 bucks of pork loin should have been booted out last week.

Pavlova is a what we have for Christmas. And Parfait….

Can agree on Dan Carlin, recently discovered via looking at some old wiki wormhole comments and are consuming them rapidly. As a history nerd they are awesome. Halfway through the ones regarding the roman republic and highly recommend.

Agreed, as an Aussie also I was surprised that White Christmas was deemed Australian. I have only had it once, and can attest to its awfulness.

He released a solo album this year. The tracks I have heard off it were good.

I've seen news articles recently speaking of people who have committed suicide phrasing it as 'xxx lost their life after a long battle with depression'. I like the wording of that, as in essence that depression is the thing that kills them.

Faster than light

Looks beautiful can't wait to hear that sounds - have just added this to my steam list. Thanks for highlighting this Matt.

Agreed, that album got me into Nick Cave.

Yeah my average was about that - though I wasn't really as much a music obsessive this year as previous. However I love these end of year lists as it always highlights great stuff to have a listen to that I missed.

Yeah and the size of the pork loin, I was massive and for how many people? 12?

I don't have the pleasure of Carl Jr's around here, but usually fast food chains have promo shots that are supposed to look at least appetizing, is that the best they can do with the burgers from there?

It is also incredibly popular in Australia as well, as the culture here is so intertwined with the beach. I still can't believe the amount of people who still bake themselves in the middle of the day in summer here with all we know now. (I'm just jealous as I'm roughly the shade of milk.)

I've never played Mass Effect - I have been a fan of most bioware games so might pick it up.

Finally have reached the end of Witcher 3 - I tend to be a bit behind on games generally cause I have always been a bit behind in the hardware to play them - I'll probably get to FFXV in 2018.
I have now started on Anno 2205 - or i hope to if i can get it to start. Can i just say u-play sucks?
