I'm enjoying that this has popped up in every review so far. Keep Futurama alive my friends.

I'd rather watch a documentary about the production of this movie and how much got changed and re-filmed.

That was one of the best Fry and Leela moments that I've ever seen. It's about time someone mugged Bender.

Bruce Campbell's character in Cars 2 should have been the main character. That would have been so much more worth-while.

Your argument works just as well for why I dislike Up. It is odd and I really didn't know what to make of it. I found the opening with the wife moving but never thought the film came close to re-capturing that same raw emotional feel. I mean hell I know the little boy was dealing with divorced parents but his mom

Does it count if Scruffy can't see you?

+ Prisoner of Benda to that list.

-The rainbow star planet or whatever was beautifully animated. I like the joke that they never saw it but I wish they had because I loved looking at it.
-I'm not familiar with the F&F series but that whole verbally abusive father thing was ridiculous and I loved it.
-I liked the robotic arms helping slap the mosquitos

I just watched this for the first time two days ago. I really enjoyed it. I find the stranger in a strange land to be a somewhat unnerving genre, but it works here because I felt really amerced in the Haiti culture. Also if I was buried alive knowing a fucking tarantula was crawling over my face, I'm pretty sure I'd

Goddammit I love Harvey Birdman for this reason.

I remember watching A Pup Named Scooby Doo in conjunction with the original Scooby Doo. I love both of them for their different tones (it's weird making a kids show more kiddie like but it worked for me). I didn't see 13 Ghosts and I remember begrudgingly watching The New Scooby Doo Mysteries even though a lot of them

I'm on the younger side growing up with 90s Cartoon Network so I always think of this when I think of Jabberjaw: http://www.youtube.com/watc…

The only thing sad about Jason Sudeikis doing Applebee's commercials is that it brings up bland memories of the very average "Hall Pass".

That picture up there with Carrell and Rudd sporting afros is pretty fantastic on its own.

I've heard that Topher Grace was one of the actors considered to play Peter Parker in Raimi's movie. Thinking about it now, I think he probably would have been a better choice instead of being Venom.

I honestly thought "What Rope parody?" because I completely forgot how half-assed that was. That was a waste.

To be fair a Spider-Man movie with Ben Schwartz as Venom sounds highly amusing.

AVClub commenters help me out because I'm genuinely confused by everyone: no one likes any of the Spider-Man movies, correct?

I don't know why but the fact that "the" is italicized made this way funnier than it had any right to be. I guess because when I said it aloud I realized no one has said that sincerely since 2003. And it made me giggle.

My brain read that in stereo.
