I haven't watch the episode yet but just reading that first paragraph I have a question: wasn't Joe paralyzed by falling off of a roof while fighting the Grinch? Do they explain that?

I have never felt so bad for a group of people involved in a TV show project. I have watched this from the first episode and so wanted it to succeed because I love everyone involved. But it just seems like fate is not meant to work out for Up All Night, and that makes me sad.
