If the neighborhoods are designed for specific types of people, there would have to be at least a few cropping up each day though, right? Unless people show up in their 'ideal' neighborhood a few days before their orientation starts.

They actually said divided into distinct neighborhoods of 322 people, not six, and since it seems like all the residents of this one all showed up on the same day, that there are at least a few new neighborhoods that crop up every day. Should be interesting to see how it all plays out.
