As everyone is saying: this was made by the same people who made the previous handheld Mario RPGs. Or at least, the same studio. I do wonder if they've lost any of their key talent at this point….

"Two or three movies a year at most, a handful of TV shows, enough to keep me happy but varied enough for the "I'm so sick of ___" griping to die down."
It was very good. The characterization was too thin for me to really get hooked for most of it, but the end hit me hard.
Began Game of Thrones. Super well written, though it hasn't hooked me yet. We'll see; hopefully it's a good substitute for the show.
Guys, I just thought of a theory: what if it's Darhk in the grave?
I've won a few straitjackets in my day, if ya know what I mean!
I'd agree, but it worked so well for this one. And they interspersed the explosions with plenty of great choreography, and in some cases mixed them (the final Wilson/Crossbones scene with the building collapsing is one of my favorite parts) so that it felt like a natural extension of the rest of the action scenes.
My sister adored Jar Jar. She wrote a song that was just "Jar-Jar Binks is an alien from space" over and over again. It was almost as annoying as Jar Jar himself.
I enjoyed the guy immensely on Graham Norton.
I finally hit S+ rank on Splatoon, so I'll probably spend a while losing everything I've gained
That is so disappointing. Hopefully he's back in season 3.
OK, I officially love this show. Please don't get cancelled after season 2… I already feel like I'll be heartbroken.
After the amazingness of The Last Kingdom, I should give this show a try. That trailer was way more awesome than I expected.
I'll immediately get annoyed with MCU movies once Infinity War: Part 2 disappoints us all, but until the big finale, I'm all in for the ride.
Has anyone here heard of Rowan? It is something else. In terms of horribleness, I mean. One of the characters is called Strong John of the Orchard, if you want an idea
Heeey I'm reading Forever War right now! I'd imagine it'd be hard to transfer the characters to film, as no one's particularly well developed (at least for the first half; I know more or less nothing about the main character's personality, and half the characters have been introduced to be killed off right after).…
You'll see.
Just to be clear before the review goes live…. it's ok for me to do a TS, TFS for next episode, right?
No Splatoon or Xenoblade X? Ah well; maybe in part 2. Definitely my favorites of the year; the first shooter that grabbed me for an extended period of time (I'm still playing it daily over six months later) and a second entry to what I am now certain is one of the best JRPG franchises of all time.
I'd honestly argue that Craig and Graham are (or at least were in Ferguson's case) the most consistently funny talk shows. Like, it's not even a competition for me. I enjoy Colbert's political stuff alright - it's the only talk show I watch anymore beyond clips - but I don't laugh like I did at Craig and Geoff, or a…
