Haha, I was a big fan of Tooth & Nail in high school, and they do usually release quality angsty music. For a while there they had a roster that included Anberlin, Emery, mewithoutYou, The Classic Crime, Starflyer 59, Showbread, and a bunch of other solid-to-great bands. Now, the only band that I pay any attention to

Haha, Anberlin is fine enough. Their album Vital is incredibly well-produced (partially by the legendary Aaron Sprinkle), and the follow-up, lowborn, adds more synths and electronics that expand their sound a bit. "Stranger Ways" is a great song from that album. Their old stuff can be pretty bland, though.

From what I've heard, that Future Islands album sounds a bit too much like a knockoff The Killers for my tastes, but it's pleasant enough. What would you recommend from that album?

"Black Sheep" is a classic! Any advice on where to start on their discography?

I have a lot of good memories of playing Cel Damage with my roommates at the time, but the gameplay is incredibly wonky and difficult to play.

I'm looking forward to this, as its been a while since we had a good WWII video game. The futuristic elements in the recent games have been more miss than hit in my opinion, though I do like the exo-skeleton concept.

Wow, way to take completely unnecessary and irrelevant potshots at Republicans. Stay classy, Univision.

Since it's Manimal, there's a good chance he enjoyed it just because it wasn't an MCU movie.

He's almost certainly joking here, and even if he isn't, it is a legitimate criticism.

Passengers did him a favor - it made him $12 million.

Also, the Zune had a much more user-friendly interface than the iPod, including the computer software. Man, I miss having a Zune, just a solid (in every sense - the thing was a brick) device.

I played the first Titanfall, and despite a few cool ideas I found it to be average, a bit boring, and too easy. I haven't played the second one, however, and I'd be willing to give it a shot. Do you think it's an improvement over the first? I see they added a campaign, which is nice.

Sam Bee's show could be the best thing in the world, but in every clip I've seen it's like she took Stewart's already-considerable smugness and cranked it to 11.

Haha, you're actually right — I read the first paragraph, which is misleadingly written if not for the word "appeared," and then skipped the rest because I figured it would be another typical Univision-mandated anti-Trump article. I do wish they had included the reporter's apology however, as I think it's hilarious.

The rest of the team (though not the whole Patriots team, as some didn't go) is sitting in front of the picture, the picture is just framed so you can't see them. To quote the Times reporter who sent the initial tweet:

"…a copy of 2013’s hottest game on Xbox 360" — ummm, maybe you should read up on GTA V's sales performance during the years since its release. It's still one of the "hottest game[s]" around, for very good reason.

Didn't the AV Club already report that this photo is missing all of the team members sitting in front of the photo? It comes off as kinda dumb when you're still making jokes based on misinformation.

I love how lame this attempted snark is after those Patriots tweets were posted.

It seems like a cynical attempt to hate on something that is popularly hated, thus generating easy clicks and shares on social media without saying anything profound or interesting. It's like The Chainsmokers of articles.

Fair enough, and I appreciate your thoughtful response to my unnecessarily rude post.
