Seconded. I would say Spider-Man 2 is the best comic book movie, followed by GotG and CA:CW (though not necessarily in that order). Iron Man is also pretty great. TDK is good, and obviously has Ledger's great performance, but doesn't quite make the top-tier cut. It's been too long since I've seen X-Men 2, but that

The Wolf of Wall Street had a budget of over $100 million. That's hardly "mid budget."

Hopefully, but I foresee tons of clunky expository dialogue.

It's a good teaser, but it's also a Nolan movie, so the movie will probably be a disapointing mess that fails to live up to the visuals.

I was laughing all the way through TDKR. That movie is hilariously awful, and deserving of a RiffTrax commentary.

I always get her character confused with Aubrey Plaza's.

I was just saying that it comes with the territory, not that it should be dismissed.

Was it any good? It looked okay.

Well, what do you expect from David Ayer? Playing into racial stereotypes is part of his shtick.

What direction do you think pop is moving towards?

There has definitely been a shift towards EDM, beginning with the whole Skrillex sensation back in 2010ish. I'm guessing the next change will be towards dancehall or world music inspired EDM, as we've already seen with the popularity of Major Lazer and Diplo, "Sorry" by Justin Bieber, and "One Dance" by Drake.

Man, this is so true. Last night the death of a good friend that happened almost two years ago hit me again, and I was shocked at how severely the grief struck me. Having just finished a tearjerker movie probably didn't help, but it's amazing how grief undulates.

Those miniatures are beautiful. The deterioration in the scenes is especially wonderful.

Well his untitled/unmastered EP released, and it's easily one of the best rap albums/mixtapes of the year.

I wish the full version of Bojack's theme was on Spotify. Patrick Carney knocked it out of the park on that one.

He's on MSNBC, where the stories are made up and the facts don't matter.

"It takes a real narcissist to think anyone wants to buy a book about him."

No Kendrick, House of Heroes, Lecrae, Steve Taylor & the Danielson Foil, or Michael Kiwanuka, but YG makes the list? Is "Panda" going to be the AV Club song of the year?

Vs. Alice Through the Looking Glass

Vs. Avatars 2-4?
