My one quibble (and it is just a quibble) with the show is that Valencia is totally evil. If she were more nuanced and we could picture Josh with either her or Rebecca we'd have a real triangle going on.

I think that Darryl is gay. Last week he told Rebecca he is good at keeping secrets. At the end of this episode he seemed pleased when Paula said that a kiss on the cheek could mean "everything".
