    Tusk remains my favorite album of theirs because of its messiness and combination of sounds. I used to prefer the Buckingham songs, but now find myself drawn to the beauty of the others. I love an album that changes with you over time. Too bad that more than a few of the songs feel unfinished.

    Three Dog Night created their own little niche in the 60s/70s and their version of this song is a perfect example of it. I don't know whose version I prefer — theirs or Mann's. They're both very good.
