This made no sense hybrids die unless they have the blood of the doppelgänger which is why Elana being a vampire was so bad. Actually that is why Klau originally wanted the cure was so he could use her blood again then they kind of forgot about that reason. So how does drinking Haley's blood keep him from dying?
