OHHHH. goddamn, that would have been good.

between three and four months. seasons 1/2/3 are all in an eight to ten month period, then the big 14 month gap, then seasons 4/5/6 in six to eight months - there's a 2 to 3 month jump in season 4, i think, and then around a month between 513 and 601, and clay's not in prison for very long at all before he gets

man, don't ever compare sutter's show with something better unless you want to see a serious meltdown. or even compare it with something of similar quality (the walking dead) with more popularity.

he's gonna run jax over next ep!

what? really? claudius and gertrude/clay and gemma? mom's new husband and my mysteriously dead dad? my dad speaking to me from beyond the grave (with his whiny journals)? A LOT of people caught the hamlet stuff without sutter opening his stupid mouth about it.

…come on, now.

jax has done so much awful shit but honestly, signing off on juice's prison rape takes the fucking cake for me. beyond done with his sad dog eyes and "but i have EMOTIONS!!" bs - you're a scumbag, dude. own up to it and you might be 15% as interesting as your stepdad.

knowing our luck, they'll just let him write the entire damn thing by himself, like they did with s6 and s7 here.

god, i am NEVER going to get over the letters being completely pointless in the end. A FULL FUCKING SEASON devoted to unser and gemma trying to cover up their involvement in JT's death and it WORKED because now they're both DEAD. ugh.

if juice had died in ANY episode before this, i would have quit then - juice, tig and clay were pretty much the only characters i cared about, and tig has become such a cutout this season that he doesn't even matter. the fact that there's ONLY one episode left is the only reason i'm watching next week.

also, pretty much everything they did with clay was against club policy, from how chibs and bobby made it sound - jax did everything out of emotion there. i really doubt it's the same from an actual structured club standpoint.

i really want to know what the hell happened between 2008 and now that let him just give up. i've been rewatching the first season (at this point, i'm pretending it ended after season three) and his american accent is actually, legitimately good.

and it'll be vic mackey that runs him over!

let's be real, the justified promos have been the best part of sons of anarchy for two seasons (with the exception of 7.11, 6.04 and 6.13)

"It’s a bold choice, and one of the rare times this season that Sutter and his writing staff have done something that surprised me and that also didn’t immediately feel like a mistake." ha! this made me actually laugh out loud.

juice is my favorite character on television but god, i hope he kills himself before jax can. that's gonna be messy.

according to sutter (in a wtfsutter from april or may of this year, i don't remember what one exactly) juice was really young when he showed up - like, teenager young - and had run away from home in queens. i'm guessing samcro was the first place he found that would keep him and he stayed ever since.

i also don't understand how the fuck-hell gemma is still allowed anywhere near that hospital.

clay is such a good villain, though, and until soa becomes jax teller crazy hour (after the death of tara, i'm assuming) there's not really any antagonism that can compare. lee toric's only on for eight episodes this season, so i'm guessing we won't see the end of clay any time soon. thank god - the more ron perlman
