Live music is cool. But how long can literature and art hold your attention in a communal setting? It's just pretense for people to act like theyre smart about something a lot of the time. Especially contemporary art.

LA has them. I'd imagine most major metros.
It's further proof that people love battle of the sexes posts no matter how much they protest otherwise.
There has never been anything more true than #4.
Just dive in.
Go wherever the cheap wings are…
Sounds perfect. There's gotta be a study on this somewhere.
90s Classic Video game party? Sounds like we may have a winner
You can talk to men at the bar…about the game.
Men do want that girl but they rather meet her in passing or perchance then at brunch or book club.
Lazy is correct. You can do a lot of work to court a nice woman or jump on a woman's behind at a club …and just maybe she'll end up being nice. There's just less pretense.
Cause it's not really for us. All that stuff costs money and time. You also have to get somebody to go with you. It's a lot of effort. Ball is life tho. So we'll get up at 5 am for that.
Good taste.
Happy hour at the sports bar.
I was being a little facetious. But on the whole, I think men are less willing to spend their free time on going out in general. The game is on at home for free. You can meet women anywhere. Maybe more women show up because thsee events are potentially screeners for all the weird dudes out there.
Yes ma'am.
The key thing is that even though these types of events are good places to meet women, they're also marketed to women. Sports watch parties tend to have good ratios because men actually want to be there. Maybe you could do a retired athletes book club, or a " get your girl into NBA 2K" party.
Whew….Somebody said it. I was lost in all this.
IF MSNBC calls?
Do people follow rappers outside of Drake, Kendrick, Cole and Kanye? Everything else just seems like singles and trap music.
