"You know, we could tell people he died in the explosion…"

I just saw that movie for the first time a couple weeks ago. It was so incredibly WTF, but I liked it, and it looked like Pierce was having a grand ol' time with the role, which made it all the more entertaining.

Aw, geez. I'm so sorry.

Hearing about all this impressive stuff he's managed to accomplish by the age of twenty-freaking-five, all these talents he has, made me feel ridiculously lazy.

Exactly.

So many moments throughout this series where I'd find myself both wanting to hug Norman and being scared shitless by him all at the same time, and this episode was no exception. Highmore's ability to find the humanity in Norman, even in his darkest, creepiest moments, was remarkable.

YES. I honestly do not understand how these guys have been snubbed for so long.

I could not get over how fucked up his face looked in the first half of the episode :p. It was disturbing and hilarious all at the same time. Highmore was clearly having a ball with that part of the episode.

Kerry Ehrin talking about going up to the balcony on the last day of filming and crying got to me. I was like, "Damnit, I'm already emotionally drained, I don't need this, too!"

He was fantastic this episode. That speech to Norman about all the things he wished he could do with his family was just so devastating. Definitely when the tears started.

I just wish they hadn't left Dr. Edwards's fate hanging. Whatever happened to him?

I am going to watch any and everything I possibly can that this cast is in next. They hit the motherlode with these actors.

My mom said the same thing. That place has baaaaaaad karma.

Seriously. When I first started watching this show, I never, ever, in my wildest dreams, expected to actually be crying over Norman's fate at the end of this series. But that moment in the woods, when "Norma" said goodbye to him, and that devastated look of loneliness on his face (hell, even I was sitting there at

He seems like such a sweetheart of a guy :). And ridiculously smart and talented as hell. I really enjoyed watching him immerse himself in this role over these five seasons-such a fascinating complexity to his portrayal of Norman, and he kept me glued to the screen every episode. I like to think Hitchcock and Perkins

Exactly. Wanting brave men, fine. But a cave man? I can't think of a woman out there who would actually say such a thing in that context. Usually when we use that term to describe a guy, it's not in a good way.

That was a good one. That ending. Ugh. I got chills.
On the note of actors, totally did not know Leonard from "Community" was in a "Twilight Zone" episode until now! I love it when I can find these random connections between my favorite things :D.

Ohhhhhhh, wow. Not cool. My reaction would've been similar to yours, I assure you. "Night Call" is a really creepy, unsettling episode.

If ever there was a time for that to come up organically…

I was in a hotel room with my family. They had the news on and I saw an aerial view of the house. I wasn't overly familiar with Hartman's work at that time in my life, but even so, I was like, "Wow…".
