I really liked the episode..the only part I didn't like was that Miles regained his wish to live after he saw a vision of Rachel. I thought that was a cheap and obvious way out and would have loved to realize he is fighting for more than for the woman he is in love with.

They said it's a fan favorite which Truman isn't. I suspect Jason or Gene..both have a fan base and Gene's death would have big implications for Rachel and Charlie. I could see Rachel forgetting about her new found morality and wanting a full out war to revenge the death of her father.
