They could just always adapt flashpoint paradox and then the flash just ends up in a different universe where the superheros are actually good people. (plus the actor who plays flash is pretty young so he can do multiple cinematic universes)

Grant Morrison, for me, is really uneven. Final Crisis is like a 2 while his Batman and Robin run is like a 10, so maybe he would work better with one hero at a time.
