i think the news section was to highlight how dougie will be in the press and on tv briefly now and this will lead to someone from the FBI or twin peaks to see him and realise that it could be Cooper.

i use chromecast as well. if you download the episode to your phone or tablet then stream via localcast or bubleupnp etc you wont get buffering. Then delete the file as they are quite large.
