We could clearly see (for several seconds) the victim's entire face/head in the photo the police showed to Luis. It was Teo.

That would require Zerstörer to both know Nick has the stick and to have knowledge of the partner/friend-ship Nick has with Hank and Wu (and that Nick would be use the stick to heal them). Otherwise they're just two more dudes he killed because they were in his way (and firing automatic weapons at him).
