You're probably right. My bad. Maybe I was having flashbacks to middle school when learning the Virginia Reel, the Fox Trot, and the Electric Slide (dating myself) was mandatory in gym class. I guess I assumed that torture was inflicted on everyone! :-(

Tonight there was another prime example of why Alex should not attempt accents. As a Virginia girl myself, the way he said "Virginia Reel" made me cringe. Just, no Alex. Also, how did no one know that?

Isn't she? Now I'm super confused. Granted I was super distracted while i was watching by the fact that my neighbor decided that 11:15 on a Wednesday night was a good time to start up his weedwhacker, but I thought it was Joe and Beth's daughter that went to see Daisy.

Did I miss something? Why did Chloe go visit Hardy's daughter and ask her if she was alright because she saw what happened at the beach. Wasn't sure what she was talking about.

I've been asked to audition twice in person and both times were about 3-5 months after I took the test. Once you audition though, you are in the contestant pool for 18 months. Which means you can't even take the test again during that time.

Man alive, did I have it bad for Roger Taylor back in the day. While every other girl was pining over Simon LeBon and John Taylor, Roger was it in my book. Looking back, I'm not quite sure what I was thinking.

I'm still pissed no one knew The Cars question from last week, and then everyone missed Kool and the Gang and Chaka Khan? That damn near broke my heart.

I can tell you , as a former third grade teacher, it is still definitely taught that using "and" when reading a number implies there should be a decimal. Granted most people don't follow this rule, I know.

Seriously? How in the world did two of the three not get Dolly Parton? There was a great deal of cursing at my TV when I saw their answers. Shania Twain? Come on! Maybe I'm overreacting. Or maybe it's because Dolly Parton is a national treasure. Grrrrrr.

That discontinued Ben and Jerry's category made me a bit nostalgic for my undergraduate days where my diet consisted of mainly popcorn, Natty light, and their Cool Britannia ice cream. Clearly I have a discerning palate, I know. I was so sad when they stopped making it that I wrote them a letter asking why. They

Having Lili Simmons and Demetrius Grosse, albeit ever so briefly, in the same episode just makes me realize how desperately I miss Banshee.

Jealous! Though I'm named after "Carrie Anne", "King Midas in Reverse" is my favorite Hollies song. And it amazes me the number of people I've met who don't know any of their stuff.

What does it say about me that the biggest thrill of my day was an entire category devoted to my name, and a clue about the song I'm actually named after? It probably says I need to get out more.

That makes sense… but still sucks. :-)

Am I wrong for thinking this year's online test is way earlier in the season than normal? I auditioned in Atlanta back in June 2015 and since you have to wait 18 months before you take the online test again, it hasn't been long enough for me to take the test this time around. This happened the first time I

An entire category about Solomon Burke??? Color me impressed, Jeopardy! It almost makes up for the fact that none of the players knew Ben E. King. Shameful, people..
