I knew Nora was right and the departure was a one time only event. The fact that the girls didn't departure makes the show more "believable" to me.

I really wish the explanation is that these girls were tired of that city and decided to GTFO. I'm fine with one big departure, i'm not ok with 3 small city girls disappearing right where the Garven family was just to keep the show going…

Question is: Why do you need to sympathize with a character? Those ambiguities makes them human. There is no good guy and bad guy. I don't think the show needs or should validate his actions for the sake of "sympathy".
