I was looking for something like this. Couldn’t help but wonder if the baby was brown because she’d find him easier to kill or if he was brown because audiences would find it easier to swallow. I had to scroll so far down in these comments to find anyone bothered by the baby’s death.

Well, he’d also have memory of their recent conversation, too.

I had to rewind that part to make sure she didn’t push onto something sticking out of the wall. Maybe his fontanelle never closed as a baby?

She slapped her mom as a kid. 

I think the narcotics did have an affect, which is why mom tuned in. And the contraceptive thing happened during the day. Mom left the device home during the day. 

I got the vibe that he was in an abusive home. 

Only a bad parent would relate to the mom’s actions. 

I didn’t understand why she was packing up without taking or destroying the device. That would have been the perfect “fuck you,” just vanish without a word.

Yeah, I was baffled, wondering when we learned she was pregnant and about what pill she’d been given.  

But she had turned it off for years. Surely she found other techniques. 

Yeah and it would have been easy: “hey, I got freaked out because I didn’t know where you were so I broke out the nanny cam. Can we talk?”

I regarded her as a sympathetic dumbass. Understood her motivations, but didn’t feel sorry for her in the end. 

None of that gave him the right to steal their DNA and create unauthorized copies of them. A move that DID have real-world consequences for Nanette. Remember? They got hold of her nudes and blackmailed her.

He didn’t have permission to use their DNA, so creating their in-game copies was definitely illegal. 

It would still hurt, so more like torture. 

I found it an indictment of the whole “nerds/nice guys deserve the world” agenda. 

I don’t think the police would have put it all together. At most, when realizing all the baggies had coworkers’ names, they’d think he was a weirdo.

Real world Nanette is new on the job; and video game Nanette wants to gtfo. I imagine six months in at Callister, RWN will have let her hair down. 

Tatro was good, but I didn’t miss him at all, not once. This season’s cast was great, especially the actors playing Demarcus and Lou.
