I root for her because Villanelle’s annoying and I can’t wait to see her taken down. And because it’s Ssndra Oh.

To be fair, this was a pretty bad episode.

? When Kate expressed an interest in singing, both her parents supported her. Her insecurity and attitude were always her biggest deterrents, even before Jack’s death. It’s easy (and on-brand for Kate) to blame her lot on external factors, but the problem has always been her.

I would love to see that, too.

I can pretty much guarantee that Kate is not losing the weight.

I don’t want it to be Sophie, but it feels obvious that it’s going to be her. I think the writers think we’re invested in her and Kevin. Maybe some people are. but they do nothing for me and I don’t care to see her again.

Rebecca’s gotta show some restraint; she can’t smash all the homies.

They were great. I loved Sam’s little wand twirl when gathering up her crew.

I love him. Not quite the same, though.

Randall made a commitment to getting to the recital on time. He did not fulfill it.

She mentioned that there was going to be talk about the future of the studio. Seemed like it could have been an opening for Beth to take on a bigger role there.

I bet she’s the show’s primary demo.

Nah, just Kate.

You’re not. She’s horrible and all the bad things should happen to her and also to Kevin.

They get this bullshit dynamic from their parents.

Me Studies

Kate is too selfish. She would always have some reason to either not be there or just dump all her drama on the girls. And she’s already betrayed Tess’ trust.

Yeah, I had tears throughout the entire episode.

Beth and Kate are so different in their pursuits. Beth was good, not great, worked her ass off, and basically forced to stop by her mom. Kate was mediocre, never put in much effort, coddled by her parents, and quits/breaks down every time people don’t fall all over her.

Looks like he was involved, but Felicity did the dirty work. Dads often leave it up to moms to deal with the kid stuff.
