Agree regarding season 5.

Great summary. Please take over the regular reviewer's hatchet jobs. I refuse to call whatever Zach thinks he's writing "reviews".

Philip is the former FBI agent. I'm not familiar with that quote but it sounds like him. He and Brandon repulsed me on two different seasons so it seems fitting for them to get the top two spots. Rice was just the icing on the cake for Brandon. His hate-boner for Mikayla in his first season would be enough to get him

Oh I have a list!

Good point.

I actually feel dirty having him on my Pick 4 team.

I'm not sure what else they could have done. I agree that production is to blame and that really sucks. But they had to show what happened and that takes up a lot of time - not much time for anything else. And the first three episodes have had a lot of character-based scenes to make up for it.

Yep, agree again and especially regarding those three. Well, Dan got a little comeuppance at the reunion but it wasn't even about Sirin. More about Probst's ego at Dan talking shit about his show. Still enjoyable for what it was.

It's about mid-rank for me but it has one of the most amazing opening episodes ever. That challenge and its after effects! My God.

Production would only allow this if players had to strip down while inside their shelters.

No Aubry? I'm enjoying her, and would like more of her.

It did one thing: everyone except for Sandra pretty much let Fairplay win reward. And, less effectively, he later used the lie as something to swear on to Lil.

Survivor has always been a compelling drama instead of a game show.

Why is this even bothering you?

…in the world.

I don't think he was well-liked by anyone outside of Burton, but he was helpful around camp and definitely wasn't a bully.

Definitely, but I thought he was also terrifically entertaining. Watching Scott & Jason pile on Alecia is the opposite of entertaining, like Will or Dan with Sirin.

A very short while.

Totally agree with how unpleasant those scenes are. Flashbacks to the worst parts of Worlds Apart.

I would have rated this episode a lot higher but I can see where Carrie's coming from. Hard not to be mad at production for not adjusting to the elements.
