If the producers of the film were simply after fame they would've chosen a far less complicated story than Steven Avery's. Their obvious talent could have easily turned a profit with any number of trendier, less time-consuming subjects, but they were apparently drawn to this one because of a desire to put their

Hopefully, the protocol for long-term storage of DNA samples would be more strident than the handling of hospital samples that are tested and discarded within hours or days.
Whatever the case, the most damning reason for suspicion is the torn and clumsily retaped security seal of the case holding the vial and the lack

The producers of the documentary did a stellar job.
Delving into the layers of that complicated story took guts and if they'd laid the whole thing out on the table at once it would've made heads explode.
But now I'm hoping they'll work on a sequel that concentrates more intensely on every Manitowoc AND Calumet county

"Strange" indeed……………….Good point.

Well, those stubbornly blind locals are just going to have to step out of the fog they're in because there's a growing awareness that the pieces of the puzzle Kratz crammed into place have never fit and further obfuscation from him will only speed up the backlash.

Excuse me for not being more specific. I should've called it "pointless clap-trap convoluted by desperate officials who spoon-fed it to the article's writer."

Being poor tends to leave its mark but rough hands are generally less "devilish" than the soft, pampered hands of the conniving rich.

First look at who would most benefit from setting Avery up.
WHO was humiliated by his release and would regain stature and escape being financially devastated by the upcoming lawsuit if Avery was sent back to prison?
WHO set Avery up in the first place?

Brendan and his 13-year-old cousin's statements were coerced by the interrogating officers.

That "newly revealed evidence" isn't new, pertinent or remotely credible.

There is no credible evidence against Avery.

Local newscasts never fully addressed the cognizant limitations of Avery's nephew Brendan or the extent to which the Manitowoc police were involved in the search despite their conflict of interest due to the pending lawsuit. Also, no one was yet aware of the alarming depravity of the trial's prosecutor, Ken Kratz,

None of the things listed in the article as evidence add up to a hill of beans.

I'd rather live near the Averys than Ken Kratz any day!

If anything the documentary went too easy on Manitowoc county.

The police would do damned near anything to stop a $36 million dollar lawsuit from heading their way.

People in Wisconsin are victimized by those within the state's broken court system who routinely just slap the wrists of the rich and go out of their way to railroad the poor.

Many Wisconsinites still strongly dispute those extremely suspicious election results which were most likely made possible by the Koch-produced voting machines that were strategically placed throughout Wisconsin.

They tried but the judge was a dill weed and the jurors evidently napped throughout the entire trial.

Especially if their motive and the murderer's were one and the same.
