I'm pretty sure it wasn't Gretchen's idea to blow Jimmy after telling him. She looked down, saw a boner and being Gretchen, did what Gretchen does best.
Can we please discuss why Jimmy got a boner from hearing about the death of his Dad. I'm not sure who needs therapy more at this point.
