Yeah I am convinced that Conde is just here to create a sort of love triangle plot. I actually wouldn't mind if he was brought only to be an antagonist protestant who simply wants revenge for catholics killing his nephew, but he seems completely clueless at to what's going on.

Same here. Getting really tired of the Francis plotline, it's been dragging on for way too long. Loved the fast pace of season 1, you had one problem and it was resolved pretty fast.

I really don't know what to think about that situation. On one hand I love Lord Castleroy, his kindness and understanding to help Greer's family makes me think that Greer should go for him. I think the fact that he is penniless is not be his only secret. I am convinced he has others, maybe since he mentioned that his family are bad people and that both his ex-wives died, there will a reveal linked to that.
