SPOILER

Yeah, the Bernard/Arnold theory is floating around and I think on this one we're together lol. That would imply 3 different time frames and that would make the show pretty complicated. Quoting you: "If they pull that off…kudos!".

Yeah, I do think MIB has not been coming like every month to the park and that is a good point. But he knows almost all hosts and he knows what he has to do at some degree to get into the maze quest. So I think he has come to the park quite a few times. But it is a valid point to question how many times in that 30

That's a good point and if well executed it may turn out to be great. The writers want us to believe MIB is someone we know (hiding his name has to be for something) and that he is no one we know would be a big surprise. But it has to pay off somehow for the viewers or otherwise we're just being fools.

Logan = MIB makes no sense since there's no surprise element. Logan may end up hating William and Dolores but to come to the park for 30 years? 30 years is enough time to change someone and William is already showing signs of how deep into the park he is/is going to be. We still have to see what happened in the park

For what I know Harris has been coming to the park for 30 years and not in the park for 30 years.

This plot has to be part of a bigger plan designed to work this way (Ford's plan or Delos plan).
#1 My main issue is that at the first time Maeve wakes in the real world and "run away", Felix and Sylvester are really worried they'll be found/fired. Now Felix walks around with her like nothing is happening, jumping from
