I liked the "we gotta kill that guy" ending. It reminded me of the moment when Tandy/Phil decides he had to get rid of Todd. Funny how in a comedy, some of the moments that resonate with me the most are perceived plans of violence. I mean, most of the population has pretty much been reduced to their most base human

Hmmm, that's a point I hadn't thought of.

WHAT IS THIS! WHAT IS THIS!!!

I was thinking about the title just now… And maybe it works better a different way.

Don't get me wrong, I like the feature, and I really enjoyed the clip. I just don't think it goes in the category, at all.

Obligatory This is NOT a Great Job Internet post.

That is probably one of my favorite jokes from the whole film. Simply fantastic.

"For the first time in my life, I feel loooooove…"

I'm a little (lot) late to the party, but I finally got through the first season.

I feel TERRIBLE for silently cheering for Phil as he was trucking with the girls to go skinny dipping. I knew he would run into everyone else, but I still wanted him to be able to make it. For some reason.

"Kids, this is a story about how everyone got wiped out by the virus, except for me, the last man on earth. Oh, and Todd.

Cliffff Hangerrrrr, hanging from a cliff….!

Pretty good episode. Most of the sketches landed… it's really only the opening sketch that didn't do anything for me.

Why did you have to do that? I had just forgotten. :(

The only sketch that REALLY fell flat to me was the cooking show. The premise wasn't that funny to begin with and it didn't go anywhere.

WOW. I am a big fan of traditional animation, *especially* in the age of CGI everything, and this is just fantastic. If I had one critique, it would be one too many zoom into eye shots… though I guess he was going for some stereotypical anime type shots as well.

It's weird how many times Phil was called an ass in these episodes. In a normal, real-world conversation, I'm pretty sure that would have been substituted with "asshole".

Agreed, I think it's time for a bit of a break from who wants to have sex with who. I would like to see more to do with the setting, like the first episode had. Though it is really cool that Phil keeps going back to the bar to talk to his sport ball friends.

"If You Leave" by OMD has a ton of key changes, from chorus to verse back to chorus. Then at the end it does ANOTHER key change, which is interesting as the synth orchestra plays almost the same notes it did at the beginning before any key changes. It's neat.

Dang, I never thought of that.
