Somehow, if it takes me the rest of my life, I will engineer a situation in which I can angrily yell "DON'T TALK DOWN TO ME, PLANT GUY!"
Stupid question, maybe, but are we 100% sure that was beer?
Am I right in thinking that the chase scene was Alex and Naomi's first actual conversation/direct interaction on the whole show? Not counting four-way Rocinante crew interactions, which usually have the feel of a dialogue between Holden and Everybody Else.
I don't know, I kind of like the idea that supervillains can be distracted from their evil-doing with the offer of LIGHT, FLAKY CRUSTS and REAL FRUIT FILLING of DELECTABLE APPLE or SCRUMPTIOUS CHERRY!
Yeah. Simpson's need to learn to respect female agency is, without denying the douchey controlling tendency he's showing in this episode, sliiiiiiiiiiiightly mitigated by the fact that killing the evil supervillain is actually a very, very sensible plan. We know (or assume) that Jessica will save the day and get that…
This episode contained an absolutely preposterous violation of its own internal logic.
