That's a great analogy, it's exactly like that.

I couldn't believe it when that girl walked up to the two corpses to mourn.
Ya, I think it was on the set of something, and coincidentally a guy who had just robbed a place ran straight into belzer, or something like that?
Ya, you stupid chief!
Ironically, the one unarmed black teen we'd all have looked the other way over.
* oh shit, I replied to the headline not the content of the article. I'm pretty sure I'm about to get yelled at.
I still think he's a cop.
You hear that, Sir? Twaddle!
Ya, I didn't perceive C3PO as having a sexuality.
Especially Palpatine, who had contempt for lightsabers in the "sequels."
People who watch the RLM video latch onto that for some reason, without understanding what he was trying to say there. Then they go around screaming "The movie doesn't have a protagonist!"
They CGI'd things that could have been done on location, because it's easier to do it that way. They settled on one take from actors, especially that kid, who obviously blew their lines, and they didn't bother to do a rewrite on the script to edit for tone or consistency.
Hey man, I didn't realize until just now that you're the author of the article, I see this in a completely different light now. I thought you were just some guy defending the movies to an insane degree for some reason. I can see why what I said even right at the start, might have felt personal to you.

I haven't read the article, as we've learned. Now I probably will since I've invested so much time.
It wasn't a criticism, I just thought it was funny. I was being snarky, which is practically why this website exists.
ok, maybe it's a misunderstanding.
You're really punchy about this. I didn't even take a stand on the movies before you were in my face, all I did was comment on the headline and how provocative it was for an avclub audience.
I wasn't trying to fight against it, and you couldn't pay me to read an article whose premise is that those movies aren't badly constructed.
They're trying to set a record for most comments in one article on the AV club with this headline.
