The worst part of the episode was the ending "reveal" that caught the theif. Any competent lawyer would laugh at that evidence.

Which is, incidentally, why he and Jenny are my two favorites. Others have explained Jenny, but I can't help but love Kevin's constant exasperation and confusion, and together they're easily the best pairing on the show.

I was thinking the same thing. Must be like 3 point PPR or something insane.

I read Kevin's comments on intellegence as him being afraid that they were BOTH dumb, since if one was smart she might have a chance.
