Also they weirdly left in a joke about Obama being the current president.

Wait, so what movie are you seeing, Ms. Driver?

I think I misphrased that; the earnestness was always there, but Coloring Book was all earnestness. There was a pranksterish spirit from previous tapes that I feel is missing.

There is a remarkable lack of XX - I See You in this article and comments section.

The last thing I needed from Chance the Rapper was earnestness.

I have no real opinion on the minions, but the ironic embracing of them by people in their 20s is my least favorite thing ever.

Let's make some friends and take them to the peach tree dance.

I'm sassier than you! I'm more fabulous!

I hear for this role he spent years going through the rulebook to see if there was anything that said a dog can't play basketball.

Sadly this is the only one that survived.

I've been rereading the series in drips and drabs and I found myself regularly getting emotional over the fact that Ron is Harry's best friend because from the jump he's the first and (almost) only person who likes Harry for Harry, and not his fame.

I liked him but I saw his dad tweet that his son was calling. I don't mind so much when parents push their kids to call in but that guy posts pictures on his feed all the time and that kid's legs are a couple of blue ecigarettes.

There might be a really funny character behind that "POW POW POWER WHEELS" stuff but I've never turned a podcast off with more prejudice.

Please please just give me a FROM Star Wars game.

Trent Reznor is cool. He was always cool.

I'm going to need to rewatch that scene. I think when she first asked him if he remembered their last meeting and he flatly said "yes" I immediately presumed it'd been before Twin Peaks and he was bs-ing his way through.

Yeah, I thought that she was referring to something that'd happened before he'd even left for Twin Peaks. After reading this review and thread, seems like people assume their meeting was after.

SawSo.

Who?!?

I'm into jazz, and even prog (which people are calling this album, though I'd argue not everything with shifting structures or runtimes over five minutes counts as prog). Again, my opinion of this album doesn't relate to my comfort or familiarity with "demanding" music.
