Was I the only one who noticed the foreshadowing when Mike enters the doctor's surgery? The bell rings above the door and there is a cut to a wheelchair. I may be clutching at straws here, but I would have thought that would be a foreshadowing to Hector's eventual condition? (Likely due to Mike)
