Drayano's hacks are brilliant. You should give the original Blaze Black a try as well, it's magnificent. Also, I feel you on the challenge run thing. Make it happen, Game Freak!

I HAVE played the trilogy, actually. It was on a borrowed PS3 though, sadly, as I've had the itch to play it again. Darn you PS4 and your lack of backwards compatibility! -shakes fist at sky-

I have Bloodborne and I love the setting, but my terribleness at action RPGs is second only to how truly horrendous I am at FPS games. I'll keep trying, though!

Mimikyu is, indeed, adorable. I'm also super pumped that they're continuing to streamline mechanics and that we'll be able to have some degree of control over IVs.

Ha! I kind of wish I hadn't mentioned The Witcher 3, as now it feels like a potshot. I'm sure it's a very good game, I'm just not in the state of mind to play it, I think.

That's fair. The Blight may or may not be mentioned in the DLC (Mythal does… something to a Titan in the Deep Roads, it's rather unclear), but I can understand wanting to learn more.

Heh, we are pretty annoying, aren't we?

Haha, took me a second to realize what you meant. Sometimes I don't type good.

Did you unlock the different chairs yet? I always agonized over whether I wanted to go with something pertaining to my Inquisitior's roots (like Par Vollen for Qunari) or try and pander to the Chantry (plus the Andrastian throne is so pretty!). Yes these are dumb things to think about for a cosmetic choice, but such

I'd suggest Splatoon, and this is coming from a Pokemon lover who also enjoys Pokken.

I don't understand Tumblr and probably never will, so I'm not sure how to like your stuff, but that was an amusing read.

Maybe. I believe some of it was added in as a response to criticism. Like Sera talking about your dead clan if that happens in War Table missions.

Just do what you like. JRPGs and Strategy games. You shouldn't go into it trying to get that Youtube (let's player?) monay, but because it's a fun hobby.

I finished my second playthrough of Dragon Age: Inquisition. I gave up on the Witcher 3 (again), picked DA:I up on a whim, and binged the whole game. After hanging around this site I see its flaws, but I still love it.

Out of curiosity, how does one fail the mission to unlock horse-riding? I thought all you needed to do was get on the horse and you'd have a mount. The horse racing stuff was just a side quest.

Sadly, it's determined by base stats, not equipment. As long as you have the ABI, though, I THINK you can still get Growlmon to WarGrowlmon without much issue. I may have repressed large chunks of the game following the great Lucemon race, though, so don't quote me on it.

Redshirts: The Show is why I could never get into The Walking Dead, even Telltale's version of it. It just feels like you hit a wall every time an interesting character beat comes up… a wall made out of ZOMBIES. It just makes me tired.

Yeah, either that, find an alternate Digivolution route, or use the farm (and even then, you'll still need to de-Digivolve from time to time to get the correct amount of ABI). Some are also gated by quests you need to complete, and some flat out cannot get the stats required, even if you level them up to 99

Some of the anime Digimon are a massive pain to get to their mega form, fyi. The tears of joy I cried when I got my beloved Gallantmon may have had a healthy mix of blood and sweat

I'm trying so hard to like the Witcher 3, but I just…
