Shows aren't graded on a universal scale, they're graded against themselves/type of show. SHIELD getting a B- has nothing to do with TD getting a C because they're different beasts.

They weren't SHIELD, but yeah. I have problems with the killings on this show. SHEILD is way too trigger happy with killing guards for unknown organizations.
