Its more of an uphill battle to prove JK ever actually intended her to be anything but white. if she didnt want her white, JK would have spoke up about all the book illustrations, toys, merch, the movies, ect.

with the book covers, toys, movies and a ton of merch, JK could have spoken up at any time and said not to make any particular character white.
She didnt, she probably never considered Hermoine as black before the idea was brought to her.
