Yep. For better or worse English is basically the universal lingua franca, so for the purpose of audience accessibility most of the dialogue is in English. You have to use your imagination to assume that when characters are speaking to their co-linguists they are speaking their own language.

Is she really much of an anti-heroine? She's mostly a privileged white girl who repeatedly gets bailed out by friends and family and fails to live up to her own expectations. She's a bit of a bore.
