Farmer Jones got out of his car and while heading for his friend's door, noticed a pig with a wooden leg. His curiosity roused, he asked, "Fred, how'd that pig get him a wooden leg?"

Holy fuck! The only cinematographer I ever thought to look up was Roger Deakins, but Richardson has some serious notches in his belt. Thanks for bringing him to my attention.
I still wonder why he filmed in 70mm using lenses best used for exterior panoramas, when most of the action occurs indoors.
Ah, good to know. I wasn't a Sinatra fan (musically, although I like his roles in films), so that may be common knowledge among those who know his work.
As someone who was a teenager when Sgt. Pepper came out, I can say two things definitively:
I always thought that Kill Bill Vol. I owed a hell of a lot to Oliver Stone's "Natural Born Killers".
I saw him at the Harvard Sq. Theater in the early '80s. A few props, like an antique gas pump and an umbrella when he sang "Small Change [Got Rained On With His Own .38]". A small venue, but everyone in the audience was a devoted fan.
I could guilt shame everyone here by saying that I would want to attend Marian Anderson's 1939 recital at the Lincoln Memorial. But I won't, even though hearing it still brings a chill. Instead, I will say the tour that Genesis did in support of "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway". Some reviewers from my college…

"Transported to a surreal landscape, a young girl kills the first person she meets and then teams up with three strangers to kill again."
Try "Timecode" if you like split screen. Freaking Mike Figgis.
I tend to avoid Crisco, so if a vegetarian were to partake of my pie I would use all butter. 100 proof vodka is only 50% water, so removing that helps to avoid a tougher crust.
A minor setback. One "Freaks and Geeks" reunion movie and he will have redeemed himself.
Half butter, half lard. Butter for taste, lard for flakiness. And instead of water, consider vodka - it is supposed to be less likely to toughen the crust. I use sour cream to moisten which seems to work well.
Yeah, but a good one. Looks like we have to wait a week to find out.
Not a big surprise that the other sib was a woman; I didn't see it coming, but it wasn't a shock because Moffat pulled something similar in another series he wrote.
For cognac - Remy 1738. End of discussion, please close the thread.
So riddle me this: They find out when and where Flynn went to, and it's a mad scramble to get there right away, dammit! So they get up in the middle of the night, trying to foil Flynn's dastardly schemes.
Big thumbs up for Lovesick.
Agree with Casey Affleck. He is one of today's best actors. Although why, with Christian Bale and Woody Harrelson, was Out of the Furnace so tepid?
