kill it now before the uprising begins!
dude, you're like 7 feet tall, and all the characters you play never stop talking…
or Utah
Oscars and Emmys are industry trade shows. I thought stage artists are supposed to be above all that because "Thier craft is pure" lol
Why are the Tonys even a thing? Theatre geeks spend their every spare moment self-congratulating, so do they really need an awards show?
I would have traded all the tom cruise death scenes for more screen time with Blunt going cyber-samurai HAM on aliens with that helicopter blade sword
Except all of those are mythical/cosmic settings specifically intended to contrast against the (relatively) mundane earth. Whereas Wakanda is meant to be a first+ world country of earth in a region where none exist. That's just my opinion; I don't know why you're so stuck on it, all I said is that I personally as an…
earth 616 has always been a fantastic reflection of our own world, the MCU even more so. Wakanda has no real world analog to tie us to. Latveria at least is a subtle joke poking fun at Eastern European autocracy and American ignorance of geography
Whatever dude, your mileage may vary. I just never really connected with the Wakanda concept. No need to be a dick and braid your chonies over someone else's comic book preferences.
White kids with fancy toys but no real job, scientists getting rare forms of leukemia and rich eurotrash eccentrics with a sense of entitlement are all WAY more believable than a secret corner of Africa that isn't fucked up by disease, war and colonialism. I don't make the rules for this world, I just live here
I've never been a huge fan of Black Panther (an imaginary weird science country in Africa just seemed kinda silly to me), but this looks pretty freakin' awesome!
Doesn't work without Jack in some capacity. Also, Corey Hawkins was way too young to fill in for Kiefer.
I'm getting tired of these vehicles for Tom Cruise's ego. Why do they keep pairing him up with romantic leads young enough to be his daughter? It's creepy. The dude shifts the focus of every film he's in and turns it into a "Tom Cruise movie." Edge of Tomorrow would have been so amazing if he had been left out of…
Plus, WWI provides a fantastic narrative that fits Diana perfectly. WW2 had a definite villain: tyranny and fascism. WW1 was much more murky; there was no clear "bad-guy." In the end, the true villain of WW1 was the war itself and all the senseless death and destruction it caused
Because WWI is a rich well of material that too many people ignore or forget about. I consider myself an amateur WWII history buff, but even I have to admit that in some ways it has been done to death by popular media. It's exciting to see Wonder Woman tread new ground by exploring the war to end all wars.
Reviewer seems curiously fixated on WW's costume. I think the DCEU version did a great job with Diana's armor. One look at it immediately screams bad-ass greek warrior.
yes!
Reviewer's indignant reaction to this episode's lampooning of her demographic just goes to show that "politically correct, look at me, I'm an activist" 20-something college students are totally clueless as to how they appear to the rest of us on the outside looking in.
I find that people who disparage grocery chains have never gone without access to one
Well yeah, this is America; the great blessing and the curse of this country is that everyone is allowed to be as offensive as they want.
