The only reason those people lined up and acted orderly was because the plot needed them to in order to justify Naomi's dumb call. Opening the doors and trusting the desperate mob not to act like a desperate mob was idiotic.

God Naomi is annoying. Her stupid moralizing is just as bad as Mao's capricious disregard for human life. She makes a stupid call, and just because everything magically works out in her favor, she thinks it was the right one.

There are times when I wonder if I should maybe be a little offended by how the show has Mateo representing filipino men. There aren't a lot of us represented in media and Mateo really doesn't make us look good.
