I was also very let down by the ending. That being said what ultimate resolution could there have really been? Its hands were in some ways tied when it came to any liberties they could take with the stories. You can't go on to kill Sauron because that's dealt with in the Lord of the Rings books.

I couldn't get on board with that either. His material just wasn't very strong and his delivary the entire time was rushed and unnatural. I think part of it is that he is just coming up with new material too fast. He needs to slow down and concentrate on one thing at a time.

I've seen her stuff and literally the only thing she talks about is her sexuality. So in that sense yes it is very much an agenda.

Yeah I think they kind of crapped out on the last 1/4th or so of the game. Liked the ending, but the Vox Populi stuff was really heavy handed.

I seem to remember the story being that he was cleaned up and had been for many years by the time they filmed that show, and that what people saw was the damage of years of drug abuse and what not, but not that he was actually fucked up at the time.
