Really? Those are most of my least favorites…. I say New York, New England, London, Cork, and I'll give you Caribbean as well. I do also really like then stereotypical Canadian and South African because they're sort of quirky but in an endearing way. Maybe that's how non-Americans feel about Texas/southern US accents

They're similar. Modern Baltimore has a little more Appalachian/Southern influence thanks to depression era migration to work in the steel industry but they say prior to that Philadelphia and Baltimore were near identical.

I'm a linguist and I grew up in Maryland and wouldn't call it crappy. Slightly over the top and perhaps once in awhile going a little too far to the almost Canadian sounding Irish/British influence, but instantly recognizable to me as Baltimore. I actually wonder if she isn't maybe trying to do a "period" Baltimore
