You can't see it well in this still image, but one of those rocks under the sea is actually Aqualad's crushed, dead body. A funny little Easter Egg for fans, brought to you by Zack Snyder.

Those muted colors look quite dumb, but I am actually very happy about how non-sexualized the whole costume is. I was fearing they'd make her wear some skimpy swimsuit or something like that.

It really wasn't bad. In ancient times, a group of exiles from the Jedi order encountered an alien race (the Sith) whose philosophy (and name) they adopted. That's basically it.

Uh, how many times did something like that happen in Marvel comic books? So far I have only known about Avengers #200.

Claude Akins, of course.

"We were the best, Grayson. No matter what anyone thinks.”

That's "convicted felon Dinesh D'Souza" to you, thank you very much.

"Ghosts that aren't Pokémon aren't real." That line made me laugh out loud.

Yes, it does.

No, I couldn't think of any answer to that, because I was so enraged I was barely barely able to control myself and not punch her in the head for saying something so disgusting.

Reminds me of my mother, who once said: "I don't minds f*gs. If they don't parade themselves near me, or talk to me or breathe on me, I don't have a problem with them."

Oh, I see…

And then there is the other end of the spectrum: people saying some villain is secretly a good person if he has at least one good trait.

I remember that there is a throwaway line in Pokémon X & Y that said the main character's laptop in their room was given to them by their father.

Well, I don't like your stinking attitude!

I really like Luthor in Superman: Red Son, where he became president of the crumbling United States and actually transformed them into a near-utopia. Also, his approval rating somehow reached 101%, but everybody was so happy with his work that nobody really questioned that.

Branding? Bah! Zack Snyder moved forward to more mature and sophisticated ways of comic book deconstruction.

I love that scene from Mad Men where Lane is attempting suicide in his car. I was amazed how quickly and wonderfully they managed to transform such a dark and heart-wrenching scene into hilarious black comedy you (or at least I) simply have to laugh at.

The same thing with the scene when Miss Blankenship dies in the

I think you made a mistake - Black Canary is from DC, not Marvel.

The same perfection you had to get a second job to have enough money for it (Kaz Hirai's own words).
