How strange was it to hear Will admitting to sleeping with Alicia? I mean, both of then have always been so coy about it, that I don't think either of them have ever actually said it outloud. Except for the Grand Jury.
Either Will doesn't think she's smart enough to ever realize who 'Alicia' is, or he doesn't care

4. I think she's there more as foil for Eli. This season seems to be slowly establishing Eli's sense of 'disillusionment' with Peter and thus his job. Not only that but Peter also seems to value him less now that he's got the seat. Given that Peter took 'Mitch's advice over Eli's in this episode, he's clearly loosing

It felt really jarring, and I wonder what was it supposed to say about Cary. That he symphathised to such an extent with the client? That he couldn't handle the pressure? Either way it was a weird moment.
