Actually, Frank got punked repeatedly and was always a step behind the various forces trying to fuck him . . . so he wasn't even a decent gangster. But he did look good in the suit. I can't blame the henchman for coveting it.

I mean, it's always on

This was a tough episode for Ray in regards to technology (not to mention staying alive) . . . not only did his message not make it through, his digital recorder got smashed at the train station.

Would have been better if the chubby ginger kid were drinking Mountain Dew out of a Big Hug Mug - that's the prop I was hoping would get a call back in the finale.

You know that email address is gonna' get a shit ton of messages . . .

Unintentionally funny lines:
Frank to Ani, "You're a cop? A lady cop?"
Frank to Ani, "You like Ray? . . . I like Ray"
Jordan (Kelly Reilly) to Frank (Vince Vaughn), "You' can't act fer shit, take it from me."
Frank and Jordan, Frank and Nails: "Two weeks - or less" (Me: "Or your pizza is free")

Man do I miss FOTC.

She was never the same after working at Applebees . . .

It wasn't all backlash. Poor story telling in many of the early episodes. There was a lot of gaps (who the fuck is Stan?) and useless elements (which admittedly, could turn into something in the last episode).

Irony is that he made a half-ass effort to off himself riding his motorcycle into the night with his lights off.

Somewhere Harrison Ford is shedding a tear reading your post.

Jordan Semyon with a ringing endorsement for Applebee’s: “I worked at one once. They give you a shift meal.” . . . I laughed so hard at the line, my wife heard me from the other room and asked me what was so funny.

I didn't think much of season 2 of The Wire on the first viewing. It really grew on me when I watched it again. Many people have said the same thing. It's hard to imagine growing to like Vince Vaughn's bizarro accent and Taylor Kitsch's Days-of-Our-Lives dramatic acting.

The scenes with Frank and Jordan are painful to watch. I imagine the director fleshing out the character of Jordan for Kelly Reilly. "Play her like Ginger, the Movie Star from Gilligan's Island. But boozier . . . and a little slow of wit."

And Frank should bludgeon rivals with clunky dialog.

Also, she didn't get to use her special knife - the one concealed in her boot.

Sure, but it seems Frank has been (at least) one step behind the forces messing with him this season.

I suspect tonight's Ginsu ballet was just a warm up for Ani.

As a non-coke user, that seemed like a LOT of China. Especially for some who had been clean for several weeks.
