'Impractical Joker'

I dunno. I think it definitely is tonally out of place with the rest of this movie, but I don't agree that it's incongruous with the first two. Both of them were incredibly campy.

Right. It's fine to have a problem with how the movie dramatized it (I personally think it could have been worded better). It's the difference between intent and what is actually being communicated. However I did feel that despite that, the intent was reasonably clear. Regardless, accusing Whedon of actually

Wow, you had a pretty good attention span for a six-year-old. My six-year-old nephew can barely watch a superhero movie without rolling around the floor. I tried to show him Star Wars and he wasn't having any of it. The only time he really paid attention was during the action scenes and when Darth Vader showed up.

I didn't like how they made the Donna that never met The Doctor so self-involved. The point was supposed to be that Donna was brilliant all along and it took travelling with The Doctor to show her that.

So I need to watch it? I've been meaning to for a while but it was removed from Netflix.

You've only got to wait until tomorrow. This won't air in the UK until Summer, on a channel I don't have.

Darude - Sandman

It does take a while to find its footing. Episode 12 was where it hooked me. After that it just gets better and better. Until the end of season 5 anyway.

When Supernatural pointlessly killed off Charlie in such a horrendously contrived way I came pretty close to quitting. The poor writing over the last few seasons didn't help either.

I'm not too worried about the humour in this trailer. Spy had an awful trailer but the movie turned out pretty good. The trailers for Paul Feig's movies tend not to be indicative of the final product.
Also I don't know who Kate McKinnon is but it looks like she's going to steal this movie.

That shrug when Howard asked if they should move on reminded me of Alan Partridge, except rage-inducing rather than funny.

I'm surprised that being such a fan of Die Hard, Jake didn't go barefoot.
What a great episode. I don't quite love the show yet but I'm definitely getting there.

That title along with the D from the community grade was confusing until I realised it was from only two users. The movie looks great and I'd heard so much praise elsewhere.

Yeah RTD is not a subtle writer.

It's such a wonderful, human performance and provides the perfect contrast to Jeff Bridges' fantastically alien one. Such an underrated movie. It's absolutely one of Carpenter's best.

I enjoyed it but it's not a must-watch. The show deals with interesting themes but they are conveyed in quite a heavy-handed way. (There's even a unintentionally hilarious part where a character looks into a mirror and yells 'Who am I?').

Thank god I'm not the only one who didn't like this. It's technically impressive, but speaking as someone who doesn't like 'random' humour, it really didn't work for me.
