I conceded the point that Maher allowed Milo to conflate their views. But you're being disingenuous. You say that you don't conflate Maher and Milo's view's, but you describe them as equally hate filled, and then say their viewers share a lot of overlap. You want to have your cake and eat it too.

Acknowledging that a lot of people in the Muslim world hold opinions that are far more congruent and with and extreme than the Christian right than the left is not hateful. It's reality. It doesn't mean we don't help people who are fleeing Iraq, or people fleeing Assad and ISIS.

Maher used kid gloves, which was disappointing, and his "not unreasonable" waffling deserved a slap. That said, yes Milo is as awful human being.
