The biggest thing that irked me about this episode is that they've pretty much completely ignored what they've previously said about Rafi's backstory. Like that he wasn't always this way. That episode was one of my favourites. So why would they then show us a past where he was always this way.

As for Taco dressing Canadian, the actor probably has some say I his wardrobe and as Jon Lajoie is from Canada it makes some sense.
