House of Cards? Stale? Get outta here!
Because the title will have served its purpose by the end of season one, season two will have a slight adjustment then and just be called 'Divorced', right?
Thanks. I was wondering all day about that.
He got that credit for Lost?
You can, but there is a reason why these suits never go anywhere. Remember when that one dude claimed ABC stole his idea for Lost? Turned out all he did was scribble down something about a plane crash on some mysterious island which is so broad in its description that really just about anyone can claim this idea for…
They also used large parts of it as a narrative device in the documentary Jonestown. Which I saw a couple
of years ago and it still makes sick just thinking about it. I have yet to listen to the whole tape. Don't know if I could stomach it. I have all the trust in the world in Gilligan but this whole thing is just too…
Chase was the reason why I tried out Community in the first place and yes, he was for long periods my favorite character as well. Kudos to Banks and David - they were both very good - but for all his personal quarrels with the show Pierce was by far the most consistent funny man they had (give or take a Troy).
I get that you don't like him because… But pardon my french, you're quite the asshole yourself.
Soooo… you're saying you don't like him?
So? That doesn't mean I can't say it's a piece of crap. No matter what they are trying to sell.
Yeah, I think my biggest complaint about Snowpiercer would be that it could never decide what it actually wanted to be. It was a big, post-apocalyptic survival movie but - for some reason nobody ever explained - was set inside a train that drove around the world all year long, because apparently this was humanity's…
I gave up on this movie when our lead hero in the middle of a battle slipped on a fish and so survived. I mean… what the fuck were they thinking? That the audience was not gonna laugh at a ridiculous cop-out like this?
I never read any of his novels. Jurassic Park I only saw as a movie (roughly a billions times) but yeah, now that you've mentioned it it did sort of go down the same way as Westworld: Park/Disaster/Getaway. I haven't seen Futurworld, yet. Have you? Is it any good?
Exhaustion describes it probably better than any other word. Still, I like this cast and the characters and I will be back for season seven. They should consider about wrapping it up in the near future, though.
I read that comment above as a critisism. Which didn't make sense to me because I found the seasonal narrative shift really cool and part of the show's originality. Plus, the title was generic enough so they didn't have to go out of their way for the new storylines to fit it. Unlike Veep, for instance, where a Selina…
Honestly, I think you're better served just watching that Simpsons spoof.
…and it shows every single day that has passed since.
Nope, LaToya, you're wrong. This was a great episode. Had me laugh hysterically when Gamby pulled backwards, hit the lamp and destroyed two cars with it all while building up the dramatic tension of getting him to the hospital - which was a surprisingly honest and touching scene.
And get weird facial cramps seconds before they start to eat.
What's a Grimm?
