I think that was the moment I fell for this show. That scene was brilliant in a way that I can't explain.

Watched this yesterday. Wow, beautiful and extremely funny. I like that type of comedy very much (absurd, almost artsy to a degree and yet very real at the same time because it keeps knocking its character down and asks us to root for him at the same time). There were a bunch of great little scenes that didn't advance…
She certainly is no stranger to the three-hole-punch.
Still haven't gotten around to watching the entirety of season two. But from what I've seen: Not as brilliant as HE, but surely very funny and Krysten Ritter is a blast in it (seriously, I like her even better in that one than in JJ).
Well, they still have The Middle going, which may be the most consistently good and funny sitcom on television. So, that is sort of redeeming. But yes, they have cancelled a lot of great stuff those past years.
He was nominated last year.
But Schumacher also thought that bat credit cards were a good idea.
Ricky Gervais tweeted the greatest idea for how Chris Rock should start the ceremony: He should just walk on stage in a KKK costume, take it off there and say "That's the only way I could get in". I thought that was very funny.
Soooo… there wasn't an actual gate involved?
They call it Event Series so in case it bombs and they end up cancelling it they can just say "Weeell, it was always supposed to be just a one season thing".
"I'm not as dumb as I am."
Especially since it did absolutely terrific when it was on Wednesday's. It performed so much better than anything else ABC had on behind Modern Family before that or since. Then they decided they didn't like good ratings anymore and the following season they moved it around the schedule so much that in the end nobody…
I still haven't watched the full second season. But damn, that show was a lot of fun, too.
The suspicious thing was that all of those cancellations/exitings happend around the same time and everyone got crazy over a possible HE-reunion. Plus, there was that April fool's prank the writers created or something.
I thought we agreed never to mention that again.
Shut up, LaToya!
She's a treasure. I mean, I love this show in general, despite its flaws (and there are a few of them, I'm well aware) but she's really elevating it to another level.
That isn't my perception at all. Dragged down? By her fellow castmates, you mean? Or is it the writing that doesn't do her justice? Because I've heard that complaint quite a few times over the past two seasons or so. And to me that critisism just doesn't make much sense. If Fiona wouldn't fuck up all the time - and by…
Okay, that's fair. I guess I didn't think about whether the movie would work or not before I went to go see it, but you're right, I guess it might be a challenge to base an entire movie on such a thin plot and make it exciting. Then again, maybe that was what got me interested in the first place, to see the one…
That sounds about right. I appreciate Friends for being able to keep up the quality for ten seasons in a row. Whereas Seinfeld expierenced a sort of drop in quality after Larry David left I can't say I remember a single actual bad season of Friends. And like you already said, the chemistry between the six leads and…
