    I think "Shoot it Black, Shoot it Blue" (1974) should be on this list, if only because it remains incredibly timely - a white Missouri cop (Michael Moriarity) kills an unarmed black purse-snatcher - but the crime is witnessed and filmed by a young black film student (Eric Laneuville - pre-Spike Lee). Equal parts
